Sisters of Battle, Blood Angels, Imperial Knights and more from Warhammer 40k
The Saint is finally flying. I found the time to paint her over the last weekend and I am pretty happy with the results. Eventhough I have to admit, that several things went wrong - but I took a lot of learnings and thats great. Especially when thinking about the upcoming Sororitas Knight Project, starting next week!
Time for some new rules and teasers on my current project - Saint Nora de Brühl, eponym of my Sisters of Battle Order and living Saint of the Imperium of Men. Saint Nora is a true beacon of light on the battlefield and both a terrible foe in close combat and an inspiration for all sisters around her.
Time for some progress dear friends! Yesterday I could finally finish my third and fourth squad of Sisters and with the Seraphim built and primed, I wanted to share some pics. Hopefully not to boring, but hey, that's why I made this blog 🙂
Welcome to another conversion-entry! It's been quite a while since I last showed some progress, so I decided to give a little preview for my next conversions - Plastic Seraphim and Imagifier + Hospitaller. It took several weeks for some parts to arrive and now I realized, that my base-primer is empty ... so yeah, will take some more days to start painting what I'm showing today.
Every army needs a leader and when there is no Saint around, there's only one true choice for the Sisters of Battle, the Canoness (with the Blade of Admonition). To keep everything in plastic, I used the same body as for my other Plastic Sisters, but this time I added a lot of bits from miniatures I kept around for quite a long time.
A couple of days ago, I was once more "nicely reminded" by my wife, that I still had to throw away my current plastic sprues and trash. This made me thinking.
